Coordinating with Government and INGOs, CCDS train youths and adults, prepare them for labour markets so that with their capability they can engage themselves in the work, and earn a decent living. The technical vocational education is mainly important for endorsing economic development, intensifying employment size and improving the quality of employment.

It is one of the most important foundation for achieving sustainable development because other sectors of the economy depends on it. CCDS primarily focus on rural areas to advance quality of education. Like: providing training to mentors & tutors on new innovation & technology so that they can use it to provide education to students, assisting schools & students by providing curriculum books, novels, helping school to recreate their computer labs, Conducting training to tutors on New educational approach – Design thinking approach.

Harmonizing with Government and local hospitals, CCDS organizes health awareness program & health campaign. And, supporting right to health is one of CCDS’s main area of work. As well as, CCDS encourages poor and marginalised people to access health services.

Moreover, CCDS plays a critical role in protecting human rights of every individual like: • Assisting to those whose rights have been violated • Promoting knowledge of, and respect for, human rights among the population.

Resilient of livelihoods

Poverty has its deep gradients in the world. From slums to the mansions, the economic divide has spread its color all over the world. This is more prominent in the third world countries where the governments are still trying to figure out on how to eliminate the poverty through the usage of all the means and methods.

In its simplest form if all the people of the targeted community are given a certain amount which could make the basic living expenses out of it, then it’s called the basic income.

In the time of crisis, when humans and society are in the vulnerable situation CCDS is always there for life saving support of human and communities. We coordinate with the local communities wherever possible to ensure our response as soon as possible. Throughout a disaster, we coordinate with other NGO & INGO, governments to meet the many immediate needs of affected people. We also work with societies to help them prepare for future catastrophes. We train locals too on how to assess, analyze risks and help them to prepare mitigation plans.
